The Library was nice and warm. A fire place in the back corner roared, and gave off the soothing scent of smoke. It was only one of the first few days back from summer vacation, and yet the teacher's had the kids studying in the library. Hogwarts was always comforting. Many preferred being here then home. The wonder's of magic being taught every day. Albus was glad to be back. "Ah, grades don't get much better, Miss Granger" He smiled brightly. "I here from your teacher's that your brilliant. Even Severus couldn't resist but to compliment your intelligence. Now for Ron, and Harry," He laughed slightly. "Severus can be quick to judge,"

Hermione couldn't help but smile as wide as she possibly could. She was often told that she had good grades, and sometimes even teased for having good grades. But, there was just something amazing about being praised as she was by the Headmaster: Albus Dumbledore. She knew that he was a very brilliant mand and wizard and she just couldn't put into words how proud she was to be commended by him as she was. Hermione raised her eyebrows when she heard that even Professor Snape had praised her. "Really? Professor Snape praised me?" She couldn't wait to tell Harry and Ron. She always knew that she was right about him.
